Duties:
This position will work collaboratively with the Substitute Care Program Director and the Substitute Care leadership team to provide ongoing clinical guidance and supervision for program services and staff. Most time will be spent focused in the areas of direct service, supervision, and administrative duties, with appropriate balance to be determined in coordination with the Program Director.
Qualifications:
License to practice in the State of Vermont. Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor is a plus. The ability to supervise others towards licensure, diagnose and approve plans of care and be eligible to bill for direct services is an important part of this role. Candidates with a Master’s Degree in psychology, counseling, or social work is preferred, however candidates nearing completion of licensure may be considered.
